Born and raised in East Oakland, California by his mother, aunts & grandmother, he attributes his inheritance of steadfast faith to the prayers of his family. A natural born athlete, Terrance had the opportunity to play professional baseball for the Los Angeles Angels and Div. 1 Basketball for San Jose State University. His time as an athlete instilled a great work ethic, discipline and began to cultivate the leader within. The greater call still remained and after turning away from a destructive lifestyle of drugs, alcohol, and lasciviousness, Terrance and his wife Julia said “Yes” to the call in 2007.

Following this, he and his wife were Youth Pastors at Calvary Christian Center [CCC] from 2007-2010. They poured their lives into building up a generation of young people who eagerly sought the Lord and came into a fuller understanding of the Call that God had placed on their lives. During this time, Terrance began to see his ministry expanded to begin to reach interior British Columbia through his athletic and musical gifting. As he began to host youth basketball camps and perform hip hop concerts, he and his wife began to feel the pull to Canada and began to seek the Lord as they contemplated taking their Love Quest to new heights.

In 2016, they said ‘Yes’ once again and moved their family of 5 from Sacramento, California to Vancouver, BC. Initially coming to work with one ministry, their plans shifted as the Lord began to position them to begin a brand new work in the region. In 2017, they planted Love Quest International Church [LQIC] - a vibrant, creative, and passionate community of people that reaches all throughout the Lower Mainland of the Vancouver area. With their current main location in The Valley in BC, Terrance & his wife lead a community that is focused on loving all nations, equipping the church, mobilizing the equipped and serving all.

At present, he and his wife Julia are living life on their Love Quest in Vancouver, BC with their three children and a faith pup [That is a puppy that the family wants but he hasn’t agreed to yet].
